The spark
Our journey began in San Diego, California, where our family immersed ourselves in the local culture. There we first discovered the true art of 100% blue agave reposado tequila, thanks to a dear friend from Jalisco, the heart of tequila country. That sparked a passion for creating something extraordinary: a fusion of tradition and bold innovation.
The search
We took a deep dive into the heart of Mexico, travelling to Jalisco, where all of this was made possible. It wasn’t just about finding the best suppliers. We spent countless hours testing local flavours until we found the blends that give our tequila its twist.
The craft
We immersed ourselves in the region’s history, learning the meticulous process of crafting 100% blue agave reposado. From harvesting the agave to the resting, it was a real education in tradition and craftsmanship. Along the way we made lifelong friends who have been instrumental in making this a reality.
The bottle
Back in the UK we stayed connected to our roots in Jalisco, on a mission to bring the authentic essence of reposado to Europe. After countless tasting sessions we landed on a bottle that says exactly what we intend to do to the tequila market.
Four reposados. One blanco. All natural.
Every expression begins as 100% blue agave. Our reposados rest six months in white oak before we introduce natural Mexican flavour, and only what’s real. The Organico Blanco is agave at its purest.
Coffee
Warm, aromatic and slightly earthy, with roasted coffee depth and golden clarity.
Black Cherry
Lush, rich and vibrant. A bold, fruit-forward expression that never tastes artificial.
Vanilla
Soft and silky, with layers of natural vanilla and subtle spice.
Tamarindo Sour
Bright and tangy with a sweet-and-sour complexity. The one that started it all.
Organico Blanco
Crisp and clean. Pure agave with citrus peel and a peppery, herbal finish.
