The result is something genuinely different: a spirit with real depth, a lively sour edge, and a finish that stays with you.
No added sugar. No artificial flavouring. Just locally sourced tamarind and properly made tequila, rested in oak and bottled at full strength.
Sip it neat over ice, build it into a Tamarindo Margarita, or use it to give a Paloma a sharper, more interesting edge. However you pour it, it earns its place.
