After three years of passion, persistence, and more than a few late nights, we’re beyond proud to share that Thiago has officially entered bottling in Mexico.

What started as a bold idea, to reimagine reposado tequila for a new generation, is now becoming a reality, one carefully crafted bottle at a time.

Every step of this journey has been driven by our commitment to quality, flavour, and authenticity. From nurturing blue agave in the mineral-rich highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco, to sourcing local Mexican ingredients like tamarind, roasted coffee, vanilla bean, and black cherry - this isn’t just tequila, it’s a celebration of tradition with a contemporary twist.

Bottling in Mexico means more than just production - it’s about heart. It’s about honouring the roots of tequila, the land that grows our agave, and the people who make it all possible. Every drop of Thiago is aged with care, with natural flavour, and filled with soul.

We’ve faced setbacks, big ones. But we never stopped believing in what Thiago could be. Today, thanks to the relentless effort of our team in Mexico and the unwavering support from our growing community, we’re finally seeing the dream take shape.
